• manipulate, abuse, or exploit model providers, compute providers, gateway systems, token systems, pricing systems, or network mechanisms;
• use the service in a way that could damage Gonka24, users, infrastructure, providers, partners, networks, or the public.

Gonka24 may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, providers, partners, or legal interests.

6. AI-related use and outputs

Gonka24 may provide access to AI models, AI inference, routing systems, gateway infrastructure, external providers, decentralized infrastructure, or automated outputs.

You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for your purpose;
• outputs should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, safety-critical, or technical advice without independent review by a qualified professional;
• you are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use any output;
• you are responsible for your prompts, inputs, files, instructions, outputs, use cases, and downstream applications;
• different models, providers, routes, or configurations may produce different results;
• availability, latency, pricing, quality, and performance may vary depending on providers, infrastructure, model behavior, network conditions, demand, and configuration.

Gonka24 does not guarantee that any AI output will be accurate, lawful, safe, secure, suitable, complete, or free from third-party rights.

7. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Gonka24, including prompts, files, API payloads, inputs, outputs, data, instructions, and related materials, subject to the rights granted under these Terms of Use.

You grant Gonka24 a limited right to process customer content as necessary to:

• route and complete requests;
• operate APIs and gateways;
• maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service;

Gonka24 may suspend or restrict access for unpaid fees, failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, excessive usage, abnormal usage, or violation of payment terms.

10. Availability and changes

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gonka24 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, service interruption, security incident, third-party failure, provider outage, model error, routing error, pricing change, or reliance on AI outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gonka24's total liability for any claim related to gonka24.com or Gonka24 services will be limited to the amount you paid to Gonka24 for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros if no paid relationship exists.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Gonka24 harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
